Refund policy
At Umbraxfashion, we stand behind the premium quality of our apparel. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return or exchange your items within 90 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Garments must be completely unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original pristine condition.
- All original brand tags, labels, and protective packaging must remain fully intact.
- Personalized & Custom Sized Items: Tailored items (including garments made via our Made-to-Measure service, or custom name/number printings) are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing fault or clerical error occurred on our part.
- For standard products, if items are returned in damaged or compromised conditions, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the claim entirely.
Return Process
- Initiate your request by emailing our service desk at [email protected] to secure an official Return Authorization Number.
- Pack the merchandise securely, including a clear note inside with your Order ID and your explicit preference for a monetary refund or size exchange.
- Dispatch the package to the address provided by our support team. Please Note: Return freight charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, except in instances where we shipped an incorrect or defective item.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving and conducting a quality assessment of your return, we will notify you of the claim status. Approved monetary refunds will automatically be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that any upfront shipping charges paid at checkout are strictly non-refundable.
